ZP710Ex-1 Intrinsically Safe Analogue Ionization Smoke Sensor, PS1311.3

The ZP710Ex-1 intrinsically safe, analogue, ionization, smoke sensor is designed to provide reliable sensing of both visible and invisible products of combustion from fast burning fires, within areas made hazardous by the presence of explosive gasses.

Intrinsic safety is a technique for ensuring that items of electrical equipment and their associated wiring are incapable of releasing sufficient electrical and thermal energy to cause ignition, when installed within areas where hazardous concentrations of explosive gasses may permanently, or from time to time, be present.

ZP720Ex-1 Intrinsically Safe Analogue Heat Detector, PS1584.1

The ZP720Ex-1 intrinsically safe, analogue, heat detector, is a thermistor controlled device responding to changes in ambient temperature, within areas made hazardous by the presence of explosive gasses.

Intrinsic safety is a technique for ensuring that items of electrical equipment and their associated wiring are incapable of releasing sufficient electrical and thermal energy to cause ignition, when installed within areas where hazardous concentrations of explosive gasses may permanently, or from time to time, be present.

ZP740Ex-1 Intrinsically Safe Addressable Line Interface Unit, PS1543.2

Designed to provide an interface, onto the fire alarm system for associated equipment, the ZP740Ex-1 can be configured to accept a variety of input types, within areas made hazardous by the presence of explosive gasses.

Intrinsic safety is a technique for ensuring that items of electrical equipment are incapable of releasing sufficient electrical and thermal energy to cause ignition, when installed within areas where hazardous concentrations of explosive gasses may permanently, or from time to time be present.

ZP786Ex-1 Intrinsically Safe Addressable Manual Callpoint, PS1312.3

The ZP786Ex-1 intrinsically safe callpoint, provides a manual means of raising an alarm within areas made hazardous by the presence of explosive gasses.

Intrinsic safety is a technique for ensuring that items of electrical equipment and their associated wiring are incapable of releasing sufficient electrical and thermal energy to cause ignition, when installed within areas where hazardous concentrations of explosive gasses may permanently, or from time to time, be present.

ZP-LC2 Intrinsically Safe Line Voltage Conditioner, PS1308.2

The ZP-LC2 Line Voltage Conditioner permits intrinsically safe analogue addressable sensors to be connected to a ZP wiring loop. Each line conditioner reduces ZP line voltages to a level suitable for supply to an intrinsically safe wiring tee off, via a compatible EEx zener barrier.

Intrinsically safe devices can be installed in hazardous areas, where the presence of explosive gasses in the atmosphere, could be ignited by electrical or thermal energy derived from the fire detection equipment itself.

  ZBM5 Linear Beam Detector, PS1433.3

Designed for use in large, open, high ceiling areas where point type detection would prove difficult to install and maintain, the ZBM5 linear beam detector provides accurate detection of both smoke and heat, from a variety of fire conditions.

Compatible with all Ziton analogue and conventional systems the detection equipment comprises a transmitter unit (Tx), a receiver (Rx) and an optional keypad controller.

ZBMR/ZP7BMR Reflective Beam Smoke Detectors, PS1106.1

Linear beam smoke detectors have been developed for use in areas where point type detectors would be difficult to install and maintain.

Two versions are available, the ZBMR conventional and the ZP7BMR addressable, both available with detection ranges of either 50 or 100 metres.

ZLSS1 LaserSense 25 High Sensitivity Smoke Detector, PS1837.1

LaserSense 25 is a high sensitivity smoke sensor designed to give the earliest possible warning of fire.

Smoke from the protected area is drawn through the LaserSense detector and analysed twice every second by a laser pulse. Over a period of 24 hours smoke pollution distribution in the protected environment is compiled and a databank created.

ZLSS2 LaserSense 100 High Sensitivity Smoke Detector, PS1838.1

LaserSense 100 is a high sensitivity smoke sensor designed to give the earliest possible warning of fire.

Smoke from the protected area is drawn through the LaserSense detector and analysed twice every second by a laser pulse. Over a period of 24 hours smoke pollution distribution in the protected environment is compiled and a databank created.

ZLSS4-LCD LaserSense Ultra High Sensitivity Smoke Detector, PS1840.1

LaserSense Ultra is a high sensitivity smoke sensor designed to give the earliest possible warning of fire.

Smoke from protected areas is drawn through the LaserSense detector and analysed twice every second by a laser pulse. Over a period of 24 hours smoke pollution distribution in the protected environment is compiled and a databank created.

  ZS600 Smoke Hound Basic, PS1434.2

Designed for applications where aspiration equipment is specified, but where the high sensitivity, normally inherent in these devices is an unnecessary expense, or at times a nuisance due to unwanted alarms, the Smoke Hound Basic provides a practical solution, by allowing the use of standard point type detectors within an aspirated enclosure.

In areas such as floor and ceiling voids, data processing equipment, bank vaults and prison cells, the unit can be installed to provide a practical, cost effective sensing solution.
