Rated at IP67, the unit is designed for outdoor applications or in systems where the ingress of water can be expected, for example where hygiene requirements demand regular washing or hosing down of the protected area.

Complying with BS 5839 Part 2 and pr EN 54 Part 11, the ZP787-2 is suitable for installations meeting the recommendations of BS 5839 Part 1:1988. The callpoint is approved by several international approval bodies, including the loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB).

ZP740 Addressable Line Interface Unit, PS1246.1

Designed to provide an interface, for associated systems and equipment, the ZP740 can be configured to accept a variety of input types.

Switch settings are provided to select input type. Once set the ZP740 will accept the chosen input and on operation, the control panel will automatically display a message particular to that device type.

ZP750-2 Addressable Line Relay Unit, PS1247.2

The ZP750-2 is an addressable relay providing single pole, volt free, change over contacts. The unit is intended for installation adjacent to equipment to be switched, thereby offering large savings in installation costs when compared to long, auxiliary circuit, wiring runs out from the control panel.

Located anywhere on the two core ZP loop the device is designed for power up or shut down of building services in fire conditions, for example the shut down of heating and ventilating equipment in order to prevent smoke spread in occupied areas. The relay is ideal for the control of associated system equipment such as door release circuits, or the emergency shutdown of high risk services, for instance gas or oil supply valves in boiler rooms.

ZP752-2 Addressable Two Way Monitored Output Unit, PS1252.2

The ZP752-2 is a loop wired interface providing two conventional alarm circuits. It can be programmed to operate from a single address, a group or zone of devices or as a common output, from any trigger device connected to the system.

Power for the alarm circuits is supplied either from an external power supply unit, or directly from the panels 24 volt dc supply (via separate wiring). The ZP752-2 monitors its power supply and failure of mains, battery or loss of the 24 volt DC output is reported to the main control panel automatically.

  ZP760-2 Line Isolator Unit, PS1248.3

Designed to provide short circuit protection for loop wiring, ZP760-2 line isolators divide the loop into monitored sections. A maximum of 16 isolator units can be connected along each ZP loop, which together with isolators at the beginning and end (internal to the panel), enable each loop to be divided into a maximum of 17 monitored sections.

The ZP760-2 is intended for use on a "Class-A" return loop wiring configuration. Either 1 zone or up to 20 detectors or devices (some standards permit up to 32) are located between each pair of loop isolators. In the event of a short circuit fault the isolators on either side of the fault will disconnect the section of cable between them. Devices outside the disconnected section will continue to operate normally.

ZP745 Addressable Miniature Interface Unit, PS1262.3

Measuring only 51mm by 55mm the ZP745 miniature addressable interface is designed for installation within the enclosures of control equipment associated with fire detection systems. The unit is installed directly onto the ZP loop wiring, carries a system address and enables signals from associated equipment to be interfaced into the fire alarm system. Input signals are fully displayed at the ZP3 control panel and can be programmed to activate any ZP system output.

By routing loop wiring to pick up interfaces located inside control equipment cabinets, signals are accepted directly onto the ZP fire alarm communications loop, greatly increasing system integrity by eliminating the need for spur wiring between associated equipment terminals and the fire alarm interface.

  ZP755HAV Addressable Sounder Beacon, PS1670.1

Across the world disability legislation increasingly requires visual alarm signals to be employed to ensure equal response from people with hearing impairment. The ZP755HAV is perfectly suited for this application and indeed any involving high levels of background noise.

It provides both audible and visual warnings from a single, addressable, loop wired unit. Featuring an identical profile to the ZP755 HA horn sounder, the ZP755HAV can minimise the number of installation points required throughout a building, significantly lowering both the capital value of equipment and the loop wiring costs of the completed system.

  ZP755HA/HB Addressable Horn Sounders, PS1264.2

Developed for general area coverage, ZP755 HA and ZP755 HB have sound distribution characteristics suitable for matching the requirements of most open areas.

ZP755 HA is designed with dual front and rear sound paths, providing an 'all around' sound output - ideal for open area coverage. Whilst the ZP755 HB features a 'forward directional' output, making it effective in corridors, passageways and on escape routes.

ZP755B Addressable Sensor Base Sounder, PS1304.2

The ZP755B is an addressable, sensor base sounder, designed for use on ZP3 analogue addressable fire detection and alarm systems. It is especially cost effective in residential buildings, where the recommendations of BS 5839 Pt:1 1988 of 75 dBA sound output at bed heads, usually means the provision of a sounder in each bedroom.

Sharing an address with its sensor - the ZP755B is installed directly onto the ZP wiring loop - offering full ZP3 analogue addressable features on a single pair of wires. Installation costs are greatly reduced, whilst system integrity, sounder options and programmed alarm organisation are significantly increased.

  ZP755R Addressable Room Sounder, PS1305.2

The ZP755R is an addressable, sounder, designed for use on ZP3 analogue addressable fire detection and alarm systems. Developed for applications in individual rooms, sleeping accommodation or small compartments where it is impractical or unnecessary for the sounder and sensor to be combined.

Installed directly onto the ZP wiring loop - the ZP755R enables the system designer to offer a complete ZP3 analogue addressable system on a single pair of wires. Installation costs are greatly reduced, whilst system integrity, sounder options and programmed alarm organisation are significantly increased.

  ZP755W Addressable Weatherproof Sounder, PS1306.2

The ZP755W is an addressable, weatherproof sounder, designed for use on ZP analogue addressable fire detection and alarm systems. The sounder has been developed for outdoor applications, or for use in areas where the ingress of water can be expected, for example where hygiene requirements demand regular washing or hosing down of the protected area.

Installed directly onto and powered by the ZP wiring loop, the ZP755 range enables the system designer to offer a complete ZP analogue addressable system on a single pair of wires. Installation costs are greatly reduced, whilst system integrity, sounder options and programmed alarm organisation are significantly increased.

ZP570-2 Addressable Zone Interface Unit, PS1251.2

Analogue addressable systems are rarely installed in a single phase. On larger sites primary buildings and main risk areas are often upgraded in an initial phase with others refurbished in subsequent stages. The ZP570-2 zonal unit enables existing conventional zones to be interfaced to an analogue system, allowing all areas of the site to be controlled by the ZP analogue panel immediately, until future events or budgets allow full analogue integration.

Any new or existing zone of conventional devices can be connected to the interface, which can be installed anywhere on the ZP analogue loop. Each interface is assigned a unique address and monitors its zone for fire and fault conditions. Zonal status is reported to the ZP control panel, every 2 seconds.

  A45E-2 Addressable Interface Module, PS1762.1

The A45E-2 addressable interface is designed for installation within the enclosures of equipment associated with fire detection systems. The unit is installed directly onto the ZP loop wiring, carries a system address and enables signals from associated equipment to be interfaced into the fire alarm system. Input signals are fully displayed at the ZP3 control panel and can be programmed to activate any ZP system output.

A50E-2 Addressable Line Relay Module, PS1761.1

The A50E-2 is an addressable relay providing single pole, volt free, change over contacts. The unit is intended for installation within the equipment to be switched, thereby offering savings in installation costs when compared to long, auxiliary circuit, wiring runs out from the control panel.

A60E-2 Line Isolator Unit, PS1766.1

The A60E line isolator provides short circuit protection, for analogue addressable loop wiring. Isolators are connected at intervals along the length of the loop, dividing the wiring into a series of separate monitored sections.
